Reunions (2021)

In this live fight against dislocation, it seeks new ways of relating.

Reunions is about our current struggle with connection in a world where detachment and isolation are ubiquitous. A great void that needs to be filled again. The physical theater maker Charles Pas goes in search of new manners. His work consists of raw reflections on our role in the world and is tinged with simplicity, melancholy and humor. Lonely, blocked and confused individuals try to maintain brief moments of connection for as long as possible. However, they fall deeper and deeper into a pit of ignorance. They have lost something. What rules do they need to look each other transparently and empathetically straight in the eye. Will they manage to let go of their own uncertainty and come together? Reunions is a live examination of interaction.
